Don Nguyen is a Sales Executive based out of the Fremont Branch. He has more than a decade of sales experience in both the banking and tech industries and applies his breadth of knowledge to deliver value to his clients. He works closely with real estate professionals and lenders to support their title and escrow needs, build lasting relationships, and deliver a smooth experience from contract to closing.

Don holds an MBA from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.

What drew Don to Old Republic Title was the company’s longstanding presence in the industry, the experience of its team members, and its strong reputation in the marketplace. He enjoys being out in the field, connecting with professionals face-to-face, and sharing how Old Republic Title’s service and support make a difference in day-to-day transactions.

Known for his technology skills, Don is often the go-to resource for navigating digital tools and systems. He is fluent in Vietnamese and speaks conversational Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse community throughout the Bay Area.

A lifelong Bay Area resident, Don was born and raised in San Jose, attended school in Berkeley, and lived and worked in the East Bay for over a decade. 

Outside of work, Don enjoys traveling, playing pickleball and tennis, and cheering on Bay Area sports teams, including the San Francisco 49ers, Golden State Warriors, San Jose Sharks, and San Francisco Giants. He has also been an active member of Kiwanis since 2013, previously serving as Treasurer and a board member, and participates in various Bay Area Chambers of Commerce.
