Course Description:
This course by Ginger Unger, CCIM, is designed for agents new to the commercial real estate leasing transaction. Agents will understand which commercial lease addendums must be attached to the commercial lease. The agents will discover that every transaction will have a different set of commercial lease addendums. The reasoning behind the addendums and whom they protect in each case will be discussed in class. The liabilities to both the agent and client, if proper addendums are not made part of the lease, will be gone over during the class.
