Debi Kroman is one of the most trusted and respected experts in the Title Insurance industry.  She takes a hands-on approach to helping her clients develop road maps for closing multi-faceted real estate transactions across a vast range of scenarios. Debi serves as the single point of contact for her clients on title and escrow challenges.  She is adept at diving into complicated legal /insurance issues to help her clients resolve those issues and close transactions.

Among her clients, she is known for quickly responding to and offering a fresh perspective on myriad financial and real estate situations that arise during the title and escrow closing process. Her experience encompasses virtually any complicated transaction imaginable including multiple owners, fractional owners, liens, and properties held in trust. She is known for identifying the root causes of obstacles to closing and either personally develops solutions or connects clients with experts who can help.

Debi recently joined Old Republic of Vice President at Old Republic Title Commercial Division after spending 26 years at North American Title where she developed a strong client base and a reputation for her knowledge, ethics and integrity. She has a national platform through which she sells title insurance for commercial real estate investments, development projects, single-family and 1031 Exchange transactions. She quickly identifies and resolves complex problems related to commercial real estate transactions. Debi has built a career as a trusted partner and advisor and has an extensive network of and trusted relationships.

Debi is consistently recognized as one of the top Commercial Reps in the Industry in Los Angeles.  Her extensive knowledge and unwavering commitment have garnered her loyal clients throughout her career.  Debi’s goal is to always add value to every transaction from beginning to end.  She has served on the Boards of CREW, Lambda Alpha, CCIM, Pasadena Rotary Foundation and Five Acres in Altadena. In 2015 Debi was awarded the Circle of Excellence Award by CREW Los Angeles.
