Bill began his career in 1995, when he joined a Pittsburgh, PA-based national vendor management company. There, he served in several capacities and ultimately was promoted to Vice President of Client Relations. In 2002, he joined a large, Pittsburgh-based national title insurance agency as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and later advanced to Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Operations.
In January of 2013, Bill Joined Old Republic Title to oversee sales operations for business units within its National Services Division. He has been instrumental in the Company’s business development efforts by creating custom solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Bill also possesses the unique ability to establish mutually beneficial relationships through strategic planning, continuous process improvement and capacity modeling.
As General Manager of four units of the National Services Division, Bill’s current responsibilities include the oversight of:
• Old Republic Title Residential Information Services: a nationwide provider of valuation, title and settlement services to mortgage lenders and other financial institutions that require the use of a centralized platform.
• Old Republic Specialized Commercial Services: specializes in the nationwide delivery of commercial due diligence and commercial title and settlement services.
• Old Republic Specialized Agency Solutions: supports Old Republic Title’s policy-issuing agents throughout the country, by expanding service areas and product lines to fulfill transactions they are unable to complete.
• Old Republic Timeshare Services: offers a full line of timeshare and fractional interest services, including one of the most sophisticated inventory management programs.
Bill is also a member of Old Republic National Leadership Team and the Mortgage Bankers Association. He resides in Pittsburgh, PA with his wife and two sons.
Ted began his career in 1993, when he joined a national title insurance company as an Account Executive in Client Relations. He spent 10 years there in various positions and was ultimately promoted to Senior Vice President of Settlement Services. Ted was also employed by a national title insurance underwriter as Executive Vice President of Client Management and Title/Closing Operations of National Lender Solutions from 2003 – 2009.
In 2009, Ted joined the ORTRIS team at Old Republic Title. He currently oversees the settlement service operations for ORTRIS and ORSAS in Akron, OH and Pittsburgh, PA.
Ted earned a Master of Arts in business and leadership studies from Duquesne University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in economics and a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
Carla started her career in 1992, when she joined a Pittsburgh, PA-based national title insurance agency. She spent over 20 years there in various leadership roles. As Senior Vice President, Carla managed large operational teams and was responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and developing process improvement plans, as well as creating various joint venture companies.
In 2013, Carla joined the ORTRIS team at Old Republic Title and is responsible for maintaining, growing and improving relationships with mortgage lenders and other financial institutions. She is an accomplished relationship builder, with the remarkable ability to create solutions that promote and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
After spending most of her 25-year career in the title industry working for a large national agency, Carla now enjoys working on the underwriting side of the industry, being able to support her customers and their various business lines and creating new comprehensive product offerings.
Joe started his career in the mortgage industry and entered the title industry in 1996. He started at a Pennsylvania-based national title and real estate technology services company, as Deputy General Manager for the Settlement Services Division. He spent over 20 years there and held various leadership roles, including Executive Vice President, responsible for Information Technology Services and Facility Management. During his career, Joe partnered with 14 major lenders, and built and operated 14 subsidiary national vendor management companies as Senior Project Manager of the Consulting Division. He also led the company’s re-entry into settlement services. Prior to 1996, Joe worked in the mortgage industry at two financial institutions.
In 2016, Joe joined RamQuest, supporting the Inx technology solution as part of their eSignature Operations. He transitioned to ORTRIS in 2018 to oversee technology and compliance and the management of the signing services team and the process improvement department.
Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairmont State University.
Outside of the workplace, he is actively involved in his community through various local charities and serving on the board of directors for local youth sports organizations. Joe especially enjoys spending time with his family, and coaching and watching his daughters’ sports teams.
John started his career in 1994, at one of the country’s largest financial institutions. He spent 11 years in sales and consumer lending, where he held various roles and was promoted to Division Operations Manager. He spent another six years managing operations for two other companies before joining Old Republic Title in 2011.
In his current role, John oversees title production and post-close services for both ORTRIS and ORSAS. John is passionate about his job and enjoys providing his clients with seamless title production and efficient post close-services.
John earned a Master of Business Administration in finance from Kennedy-Western University and a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in finance from Youngstown State University. John also coaches youth football and baseball.
