I have been in the escrow industry for 20 years and received my LPO (Limited Practice Officer) in 1998. I was the escrow manager for the a local title and escrow branch from 1999 to 2001, In August 2001 I received my DEO (Designated Escrow Officer License) and decided to open my own escrow company, Dependable Escrow successfully for 9 years. I enjoyed and loved running my own company. With the real estate fall out in 2009 I decided to close and move back to Old Republic Title Company, as an escrow closer for 4 years and then as Escrow Branch Manager for Ticor Title, for 3 years. I decided to make a change and experience a career as a Sales Account Manager at Rainier Title, however decided that escrow is where my passion is and excited to be back with an awesome team at Old Republic Title in Kent. My background experience in escrow covers closing in Residential, Refinances, Commercial properties, FNMA and HUD owned homes, Short Sales and Mobile Homes. I am a certified instructor with the Department of Licensing Real Estate Services to teach Real Estate Practices. I am confident to say that with my years of experience in closing, managing and having the opportunity of running my own company provides a strong wealth of knowledge and value to my customers. My customers have expressed their gratitude in my professionalism, communication and going above and beyond for their customers.
My husband and I enjoy our travel and camping with our kids and their families. In my free time, I love to read, work in my garden and enjoy the outdoors as often as possible.
