Course Description:

Note: This is a Distance Learning Live Webinar by invitation only. Please plan to be present on camera for the entire class. This is a Washington State Requirement.
Requirements: laptop, PC or Tablet, with access through a web browser using Crome, Firefox or IE.
Class materials will be delivered by email to each registered broker 24 hours before the class.

About the Instructor: Shelly Lambert

Shelly Lambert has been in the real estate industry since 1997 and has run two independent escrow companies before joining the title side of the industry. From the start she has been an educator and a leader in Escrow. She believes through education we as real estate professionals can serve our clients more effectively and be prepared for the unexpected in an ever-changing industry. She has found a passion for teaching and has written Real Estate clock hour classes and other educational classes for more than 10 years.
