Software Vendors and the Upcoming Rate Increase (AC Dec 2024)

This is a friendly reminder that with the upcoming rate increase on December 15th, you may need to reach out to your provider for the new rate package, or any required updates. Though a software vendor may be fully integrated, this only means integrated with CPL access, policy jackets, and search requests (where available).

Title premium rates must be coded by each vendor for each underwriter for each state. Part of the reason is that what the underwriter calls “A;” the Agent calls “B” and the Software vendor calls “C” in terms of the various policies, and rates available.
