Kristi Gibbs has been a strong leader and influential member of the New Mexico team at Old Republic Title since 2009. She is currently based out of the Jefferson branch office in Albuquerque, NM.

A long-time resident of Albuquerque, Kristi has over 30 years of experience in the title insurance industry. She began her career as an Escrow Assistant for a local title company. Over time, Kristi advanced to her current role as Vice President, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and Division Manager for the Albuquerque area, where she manages over 70 Old Republic Title employees in six branch locations.

Kristi also sits on the Executive Board of Directors for the New Mexico chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and serves on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics of New Mexico.

Lisa Ortega is a seasoned title industry professional and a respected member of the Old Republic Title (ORT) escrow team. Based at the Jefferson office in Albuquerque, Lisa has been with ORT since 2015 and brings more than three decades of industry experience to her role.

An Albuquerque native, Lisa has been guiding clients through the title and escrow process since 1991. Proficient in handling a diverse range of transactions—including complex commercial and residential sales, construction loans, refinances and everything in between—she is considered by many to be an industry leader in her field. Her commitment to the industry extends beyond her daily work; she also serves on the NAIOP Board of Directors and serves as Sponsor Liaison for the Commercial Association of REALTORS® New Mexico (CARNM) Board of Directors.

Lisa believes the key to a smooth closing is proactive, consistent communication. She takes pride in building strong relationships with her clients, answering their questions, and ensuring every party involved feels supported from start to finish. Her dedication and high standards have earned her numerous accolades, including the Central Title Division Presidents Award and the Top Commercial Closer Award for ORT’s Central Title Division.

Outside the office, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, Steve, and their two children, Isaiah and Bella. Their family also includes two dogs. Together, they love outdoor adventures—especially RV camping in the mountains of northern New Mexico.

Julie Kaltenbach has been in the title business for over 20 years, with experience in purchase transactions, refinances and short sales. She is based out of our Jefferson branch office in Albuquerque, NM.

Julie started her title career fresh out of high school, learning the business between time spent in a West Texas title plant and the local courthouse. She earned a bachelor’s degree in fine art from Texas Tech University and took graduate courses in fine arts from Wichita State University. After completing her studies, Julie moved to Albuquerque and worked as a Courier for a local title insurance company. Over time, she advanced to Escrow Assistant and then Escrow Officer. Julie joined Old Republic Title in 2009, where she’s known for providing exceptional service with a smile.

Vicki Moore is an experienced Escrow Officer who uses her background in mortgage finance to guide her clients through the closing process and into their dream home. She is based in Old Republic Title’s Jefferson office in Albuquerque, NM.

The daughter of an Air Force Senior Master Sergeant, Vicki moved to Albuquerque when she was five years old. She entered the mortgage business in 1989 and managed branch operations for several mortgage companies until 2010. During her 21-year tenure, Vicki oversaw loan origination and processing, and assisted with funding and closing a variety of loan products. She transitioned to the retail industry for a short time before joining the Old Republic Title family in 2012.

With over 30 years of title, escrow and mortgage expertise, Vicki knows how to close real estate transactions — and does it with a smile. She enjoys building relationships with her clients, educating them about the closing process and sharing in their joy when they finally achieve the “American Dream.” Vicki is committed to making sure every client walks away knowing they received the utmost care and professionalism.

In her free time, Vicki enjoys spending time with husband, Scott, their daughters, Samantha and Amanda, and two dogs. Her hobbies also include reading, baking and gardening

Debbie Talley, Escrow Officer, is a title industry veteran and a valued
member of the Old Republic Title escrow team. Last month, she
officially joined our Jefferson branch office in Albuquerque, NM.

An Albuquerque native, Debbie has lived in Albuquerque for nearly
40 years and has been working in the title industry for nearly four
decades as well. She is highly skilled in closing residential real estate
transactions and works tirelessly to ensure the typically stressful
process of buying, selling, or refinancing a home is as seamless as
possible for the customers.

Her goal on all transactions is to uphold clear communication and
ensure the closing is on time and accurate. She takes pride in
having a very strong work ethic and vows to make every transaction personal and genuine to make sure everyone is taken care of throughout the closing process.

In her free time, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has three adult sons and one granddaughter, Sienna, who - not so secretly - is her favorite out of the bunch. During the summer, they all love to spend their weekends camping and boating.

Belinda is a seasoned professional with over 37 years of experience in the title insurance industry, bringing extensive knowledge to her role as an Escrow Officer. From opening orders to the closing, her goal is to
provide a smooth and rewarding experience.

Backed by a strong foundation in liberal arts and a certification in human resources, she brings a well-rounded perspective to her role. She excels at conflict resolution, communication, building relationships and resolving complex issues. One of the most challenging aspects of her role is navigating the ever shifting legal and regulatory landscapes while staying vigilant against potential fraud. Belinda draws on her superpowers—adaptability and curiosity—to facilitate secure and efficient closings.

Originally born in France, Belinda has explored various cities in New Mexico and now proudly calls Albuquerque home. She has been happily married to her husband, Jack, for 14 years. Outside the office, Belinda enjoys jewelry making, reading, camping, hiking and golfing

Andrew Apodaca brings eleven years of sales experience to his new role as Sales Executive at Old Republic Title's Albuquerque, New Mexico office. Drawn to the culture of ORT and doing work he enjoys, he looks forward to building and maintaining relationships with real estate brokers, lenders, and other clients.

Andrew is especially excited to generate work for the Albuquerque escrow team and build an excellent, professional reputation of his own. He will work hard to earn your trust and is eager to show clients the value ORT offers by being as prompt and resourceful as possible.

Born and raised in Albuquerque, Andrew graduated from Cibola High School and studied Business Management at the University of New Mexico. He has two children, ages 11 and 12. The youngest of six children, Andrew considers himself very competitive and social. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, hiking, going to the gym, and spending time with family and friends.
