This is a 8-hour course scheduled as follows:
Tuesday, May 5th, 9am – 1pm
Wednesday, May 6th, 9am – 1pm
Both days must be completed to receive credit for the course.
Approved for 8 Hours of Continuing Education. This is the only approved course on the subject. Learn the Foreclosure process from beginning (Pre-Foreclosure) to end (Bank REO). Short sales (brief coverage, separate course available) and strategies for buying listing or lending are covered from real life transactions the instructor has completed. Taught from a positive perspective, this course will show you how to expand your business into this area, and feel good about learning new information.

About the Instructor: Lyn Carter
Lyn Carter is widely recognized for his role as ChiefInvestigator for the NMREC over the past decade. Prior tothat, he was licensed as a salesperson in 1978. Starting atage 18, he financed his Business Degree at UNM throughresidential brokerage and has since been involved in variousaspects of real estate, including home building, sellerfinancing, foreclosure flipping, 1031 exchanges, andbrokerage management. He has also written and taughtnumerous NMREC-approved continuing education coursesand has now returned to teaching.
