Course Description: This course gives an in-depth explanation of the different parts of a title commitment in Texas and how they relate specifically to farm and ranch transactions. The second half of the course focuses on special survey considerations for farm and ranch deals, what title companies look for when approving surveys, how to read surveys, and how they are addressed in the contract.
