A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Tracey combines financial acumen, operational leadership, and deep industry knowledge to drive growth and strengthen employee and agency relationships throughout the region. Prior to joining Old Republic Title, she held executive leadership roles with national underwriters and advised title companies and real estate law firms on ALTA Best Practices, compliance, and operational excellence. Her unique blend of financial and title industry leadership has made her a respected voice within Old Republic Title and throughout the industry.

Angela Pascoe is a highly successful commercial operations manager who leverages over 20 years of industry experience to strengthen performance, improve efficiency, and support the successful execution of complex commercial real estate transactions. Since joining Old Republic Title in 2020, she has led strategic initiatives that enhance operational consistency, scalability, and service delivery.

Known for aligning cross-functional teams, Angela works closely with sales, title, escrow, underwriting, and corporate stakeholders to streamline processes and implement solutions that drive measurable results, enhance client service, and deliver consistently exceptional customer experiences. Her ability to balance operational strategy, execution, and customer focus has made her a trusted leader within Old Republic Title's national commercial organization.

Price Evans joined Old Republic Title in 2013 and has more than 14 years of experience in title insurance, commercial underwriting, and real estate law. Recognized as a trusted authority on title and real property matters, Price helps clients and title agents evaluate risk, resolve complex title issues, and navigate challenging transactions with confidence.

A Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL), Price is actively involved with the Alabama State Bar, having served two terms as Chairman of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section. He is also a professor at Birmingham School of Law, co-author of Alabama Property Rights and Remedies, Sixth Edition, and a frequent speaker on real property and title insurance matters.

Carrie Tullis has more than 25 years of commercial real estate industry experience, including 17 years with Old Republic Title. She has built a reputation for cultivating long-term relationships, connecting clients with strategic resources, and identifying opportunities that contribute to successful transactions.

With deep market knowledge and a consultative approach, Carrie serves as a trusted resource to clients across a broad range of industries and commercial markets. Stephanie Ray brings more than 10 years of commercial title and escrow experience, managing transactions that include multi-state portfolios, student housing communities, medical facilities, and other complex commercial assets.

Before entering the title industry, Stephanie spent more than two decades as a real estate paralegal. This combination of legal, title, and escrow experience allows her to anticipate issues, develop practical solutions, and guide transactions efficiently through closing.

Kelly Shaw joined Old Republic Title in 2019 after more than 22 years as a paralegal supporting commercial real estate-related practice areas, including mechanics liens, title insurance defense, and commercial landlord-tenant matters.
