Terry is Vice President, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC) and Commercial Sales Representative for the National Commercial Services (NCS) Chicago office. He has been engaged in the national title insurance business for over 30 years. During that time, he has been involved in some of the largest and most sophisticated real estate transactions in the country. Terry has extensive experience in working with REIT’s, law firms, lenders, developers and investors in all segments of the commercial real estate business.
Terry has a degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northwestern University. Terry is a past president of several organizations including the Chicago Real Estate Council, the Commerce Alumni Association at the University of Illinois and the Union League Club of Chicago. He resides in Park Ridge Illinois, has two daughters and four granddaughters.
Austin Wayne serves as a Business Development Officer for the National Commercial Services (NCS) Chicago operation. He works in close collaboration with the Chicago team of highly respected and responsive national underwriters, title and settlement professionals who can skillfully handle the multi-faceted requirements for commercial transactions spanning business segments and markets nationwide.
Austin is a member of the REAL Professionals Network. His sales and marketing experience, combined with his strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and positive and proactive disposition, make him an exceptional partner for Old Republic Title customers and NCS service delivery teams.
In his free time, Austin enjoys spending time with his family, traveling to new places, and is a sports enthusiast that loves to play volleyball, basketball, and golf. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management as well as a Master’s Degree in Health Administration.
Walter (“Walt”) Schwabe serves as Account Executive for the National Commercial Services (NCS) Hoboken operation. Walt has extensive knowledge of both residential and commercial real estate transactions gleaned from his career of more than 25 years in business development services for the title industry.
Joining the Old Republic Title family in 2014, Walt has successfully served customers through underwriter branch office locations and title agency operations in local markets. In his current role with NCS, he is responsible for growing commercial business relationships and facilitating service delivery to customers.
Walt is known for his responsiveness and team-oriented approach to helping create innovative solutions for the unique requirements that are often a part of real estate transactions. He has been an active member of the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association, New Jersey Chapter (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties). In his leisure time, Walt enjoys spending time with family, fishing, golfing, and biking.
Michael Atkins is Senior Vice President, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC) and Sales Representative, National Commercial Services (NCS). Based in New York City, Michael manages many of Old Republic’s major national commercial institutional, development and private investor relationships including family offices. With 20 years of experience in the title insurance industry, Michael brings a deep expertise in guiding complex single asset and multi-billion dollar portfolio transactions in conjunction with the national team.
Michael is a Foundation Governor of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and helps shape many of ULI’s strategic initiatives and events in New York and nationally. He also acts as advisor to CrowdStreet, a leading investment platform in the commercial real estate industry. Michael's academic background includes Fulbright and Rotary Ambassadorial scholarships at the Graduate School of International and Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland, where Michael earned Master’s degrees in International Economics and Law. He is the founder and President of the Graduate School’s New York Alumni Chapter. Michael completed Bachelor’s Degrees with Summa Cum Laude honors at the University of North Texas, and also holds graduate certificates in International Business and Finance from New York University. Michael is married and lives in Manhattan with his son, daughter, dog and bass guitar.
Jasmine Hahn brings a wealth of experience in both title insurance and real estate law to Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC), serving in her role as Attorney and Sales Representative for the National Commercial Services (NCS) New York operation. Collaborating closely with the Old Republic Title team, Jasmine specializes in closing complex commercial real estate transactions throughout the country. She maintains a keen focus on consistently providing customers with superior service throughout every aspect of the transaction process for each project.
Jasmine began her career in title insurance over 35 years ago as an independent title closer. In 1994-1998 she attended New York Law School while still working full-time as a title closer. Jasmine graduated law school with honors and was admitted to the New York State Bar (NYSB). She is currently a member of the NYSBA Real Property Law Section, the NYC Bar Association, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and serves on the Committee on Condominiums and Cooperatives and the Title and Transfer Committee at the NYSBA.

Drawing on his more than 40 years of experience in the title insurance industry, Michael works closely with national customers and serves as their liaison to Old Republic Title’s outstanding underwriting, title and escrow service teams on transactional matters.
Michael began his career as a title abstractor while attending college at the University of California, Berkeley. Following graduation, he advanced his knowledge and career in the title insurance industry by assuming new roles and relocating from the West Coast to New York. Today in his leisure time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, working on personal finance and investment projects, and participating in community service activities.
