As a national commercial closer with over 25 years of experience in title and escrow, Leticia joined Old Republic Title (ORT) in 2023 and quickly made an impact by leading operations in Santa Clara County. She helped close one of Southern California’s largest commercial development projects and her outstanding performance earned her ORT’s prestigious 5-Star Award.

Jim’s title industry career began in 1985 with a locally owned organization in Santa Clara County. He held many positions at this organization as he progressively moved from Customer Service to Title to Sales Representative, a position he eventually held concurrently with Branch Manager and then to Director of Sales and Marketing. In 1995, Jim served as Vice President for another locally owned title company before becoming Division President where he managed title and escrow operations for a national title insurance underwriter. Subsequently, he then held the position of County Manager for two privately owned regional title companies. Jim joined Old Republic in 2009 as Vice President of Business Development/Sales Training and in 2010 became Vice President & Sales Manager for Santa Clara County. Jim, a third generation family-member, was born and raised in San Jose, CA. He earned his Bachelors degree in Government at St. Mary’s College and resides in Gilroy with his wife Lisa and daughters Madalyn and Molly. Jim is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing softball, running, traveling and hunting.
