Course Description: The Bay Area offers buyers opportunities to find a home and investment properties in many forms. Join our new class as we dive into Co-ops, Tenancy in Common (TICs) and Multi-Family properties and what sets their escrow process apart from a SFR or Condo. This class will be hosted by your San Francisco and San Mateo Sales Team and presented alongside Senior Escrow Officer, David Banker. Key questions we will answer include:

  • What title policies are typically offered to these properties?
  • Why does escrow care about a rent roll?
  • What are the KEY differences in how title is held?
