Beyond the Policy: A Guide to Commercial Title Endorsements

Instructor: Randy Sierra
Date: November 19, 2026
Time: 10:00AM -11:00AM
Location:
Online

Course Description:

A standard title policy is only part of the coverage conversation. This class will explore commercial title endorsements, the additional coverage that may be available to buyers and borrowers, and how endorsements can address risks specific to a property or transaction.

We’ll look at how endorsements work, what options may be available, and how additional coverage can be added to an existing policy—helping attendees better understand what to ask for and when a deeper coverage discussion may be warranted.

Taught by Old Republic Title Chief Title Officer Randy Sierra.
