This class is an overview and introduction to escrow basics, this will be great for new agents or as a refresher on the escrow process. We will review the following during the webinar:

• Preliminary title report
• The escrow timeline
• Explain common terms you will see during a transaction, such as Grant Deed, Deed of Trust, Reconveyance, EMD and Liens
