Please join us for a step-by-step guide to an Escrow Net sheet. This class will show you how to access ORTC Online to build your own Net Sheet after hours, and how Escrow Officers gather the necessary information for net sheets during the escrow process, led by Sr. Escrow Officer Kelin Ingalls.
- Calculating a Net Sheet per the CAR contract.
- What information comes from recorded documentation?
- How escrow works with demands for key line items.
- Understand title insurance policies and how fees are calculated for the transaction.
