Course Description:

Join us as we learn how to navigate an escrow transaction through better understanding of the Preliminary Report (prelim). In partnership with Senior Escrow Officer Claudia Arshad, this class will focus on how to read a prelim, highlight the key areas to review, and to better understand how the prelim provides a transaction roadmap for any transaction. We will cover:

• Who has the rights to sell?
• The importance of the plant date and the order of recorded documents.
• Learn to properly identify what belongs to the property in question.
