She began her career in the industry as a Receptionist at Old Republic Title and with hard work, great tenacity and determination, she advanced through the company to her current roles as Senior Commercial Escrow Officer and Special Projects Branch Manager. Michelle has successfully closed a variety of transactions, including luxury property purchases, commercial acquisitions and loans, multi-property portfolio projects, affordable housing acquisitions, construction loans and conversion of construction-to-permanent financing.

With a sharp memory, exceptional attention to detail and a passion for guiding transactions to a successful close, Michelle has earned a reputation as a valuable industry leader. With a background in financial consulting and economics, Tom is a results-driven Commercial Sales Executive supporting Old Republic Title (ORT). Since transitioning into the title and escrow industry, he has embraced ORT’s collaborative culture and the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team.

Tom is responsible for developing strong relationships and facilitating the delivery of exceptional commercial title services in collaboration with CRE professionals, construction teams, bankers, attorneys, property owners and others in the commercial real estate market. He thrives on building lasting professional relationships across in-house departments and cross-functional teams, and brings a strategic and personable approach to every interaction.
