Faith has an impressive career of over 24 years in the title and escrow industries. She began her career as a receptionist in 1999 and quickly transitioned to the role of Escrow Assistant. Looking to expand her industry knowledge, Faith moved into a sales position and embraced the challenges that came with it. Within two years, she made the huge accomplishment of becoming a million-dollar producer. Recognized for her leadership skills, Faith was promoted to Branch Manager in 2007, while also maintaining her sales position.

Throughout her tenure with ORT, Faith has earned multiple top producer and Circle of Excellence awards and was also named the top Sales Executive in her operation for 15 consecutive years. While continuing her Sales and Branch Manager roles, Faith accepted the role of Sales Manager for SacPED in 2017, where she continued to impact her team and local community with her experience and guidance in those roles.

As County Manager, Faith will oversee daily operations for each county, working closely with escrow, title and sales teams to strategize how to maintain and grow their success in local real estate and lending communities. Faith’s leadership style values ethics and morality, and fosters a culture of respect and teamwork.

Outside of her career, Faith enjoys country music concerts, exercising and spending quality time with her husband, daughters, and grandchildren.

In 2014, Amanda joined Old Republic Title’s Highland Pointe office as an Escrow Officer, where her strong communication and understanding of complex transactions earned her a reputation for efficient closings. She proudly grew her desk to 5-Star status, a goal she achieved again in 2024.

Amanda’s leadership and problem-solving skills make her a key asset to her team. She’s often asked to beta test new escrow processes and platforms, and she was also among the first to transition her desk to paperless workflows, creating templates that boosted productivity for herself and her team.

In her role as Escrow Operations Manager, Amanda will continue to foster her passion for helping others succeed. She is excited to take on a leadership position where she can mentor her colleagues, contribute to the success of the Company’s new initiatives and support the continued growth and efficiency of our operations in these counties.

Outside of the office, Amanda is deeply involved in her community. She served as president of the Rotary Club of Roseville from 2020-2021 and continues her involvement by chairing fundraisers. She also enjoys spending time with her 10-year-old son at the baseball field, and traveling with her husband.

With over 25 years of experience in the title and escrow industry, Ivy brings a deep understanding of market dynamics, client relations and team leadership to her role.

Throughout her career, Ivy has built a strong reputation for fostering relationships, driving growth through relationship-based selling and mentoring high-performing sales teams. Known for her professionalism, integrity and dedication to excellence, she is committed to supporting the continued growth of Old Republic Title’s presence in the region. Her leadership style is collaborative and goal-driven, and is always focused on delivering exceptional service and value to her clients.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Ivy on the golf course, in the kitchen cooking, or staying active with workouts. She also cherishes trips to Bodega Bay with her black lab, Blake; enjoys discovering new restaurants with her husband; and loves exploring California’s wine regions with her three grown daughters.
