Judy has been in the title insurance industry since 1986. She is a 1984 graduate of Elyria Catholic High School and a 1988 graduate of John Carroll University with a Major in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. Judy has been a licensed title agent since 1994. While attending John Carroll, Judy began working for Midland Title as "summer help". Upon graduation, Bob Piazza afforded her the opportunity to continue working in the industry, mentoring her in every facet of the industry including title research, underwriting and escrow closings. Upon Bob's retirement, Judy took over as the County manager for Midland Title, and later left to open her own agency in 2002, with Bob’s support. Judy was President of Elyria Land Title Agency until its acquisition by Old Republic National Title Insurance Company in 2010. Under her management, Old Republic Title in Elyria continues to grow in servicing both residential and commercial transaction throughout the State of Ohio guiding her experienced staff, currently numbering 20 full time employees. When not working, Judy is active with Elyria Catholic High School, having received their "Our Lady of Grace Benefactor Award" in 2019 for her devotion and dedication to the school. All three of Judy’s adult children have attended Elyria Catholic and she remains active being a member of both the Advisory Council and gala committee. Additionally, she is an avid Cleveland Indians fan and enjoys spending time with her kids, step kids and extended family.
John Daly is an Account Executive with Old Republic Title and has been with the company for 12 years. John has been involved with the real estate industry for over 4 decades, his experience includes construction, real estate brokerage, mortgage lending and title insurance.
He is a member of many professional and civic organizations, as a member of the Lorain County Association of Realtors John was named Affiliate of the twice and served as president of the North Coast Rotary Club.
John’s extensive knowledge of the real estate industry has helped him become an educator, teaching state required continuing education classes for the real estate industry.
Some of the many interest John has outside of the office include carpentry, winemaking, cooking and baking all of which is enjoyed by his family and friends.
Tyra Lehmann has been with Old Republic Title for almost twelve years as an account executive. Being raised in a Real Estate family it felt natural for her to pursue a career in the title business. Tyra thrives on building strong relationship and providing superior service to her customers.
Prior to joining Old Republic Title, Tyra was the Director of Development for Junior Achievement of Lorain County. She enjoyed being part of an organization that helped deliver financial literacy to the youth of Loran County.
Tyra enjoys promoting Old Republic Title and is a enthusiastic member of the community. She active in many industry organizations such as Lorain County Association of Realtors, North Coast Building Industry Association, Lorain County Chamber of Commerce and Lorain Community College, to name a few. She gives her personal time to the Blessing House, which is a non-profit organization that is a safe shelter for children and supports their families in times of crisis.
Tyra is a devoted wife, mother of two daughters, two sons-in-law and blessed with two Grandsons. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Arianna Rivera is a resident of Lorain, Ohio. She graduated from Lorain High School and attended Youngstown State University. Arianna has been in the title/real estate industry for 4 years. Prior to joining Old Republic Title, Arianna was an escrow assistant for First American Title and realtor with House to Home Real Estate Professionals. Arianna is a member of Lorain, Akron/Cleveland, and Medina Board of Realtors.
Arianna is a loving mother of one daughter and two fur babies, Wonder and Bowie. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking and baking, and being a CLE sports fan.
Terry recently started, (April 2020) at Old Republic Title after over 20 years in Mortgage lending with FirstMerit, Huntington Bank and US Bank. He has also been a bank branch manager, Business Banker and a Private Banker over the years. He is a current member of the Lorain County Board of Realtors, (LoCAR) and the North Coast Builders Industry Association, (NCBIA). He is a new member of the Medina Board of Realtors, (MCBOA).
He has been married since 1979, with 3 grown children and currently 4 grandchildren (2 more on way on September). He has lived mostly in Lorain County aside from a two-year period while attending the University of Akron.
He was past President of his local Kiwanis club, Board member of the Grafton-Midview Public Library and Treasurer of the Midview Athletic Hall of Fame. He has also taught banking classes at Lorain County Community College as an Adjunct Professor. He was a Baseball Coach for 9 years at Midview High School, the last 5 as Head Coach, and in the winter referees High school basketball games. He enjoy all sports, both watching and playing.
