Old Republic Title Acquires San Antonio Division of Trinity Title

Old Republic National Title Insurance Company has purchased the operating assets of the San Antonio division of Trinity Title of Texas, LLC.

Established in 2009 as a partnership with ET Investments, LLC, the San Antonio division of Trinity Title of Texas is a title insurance agency that researches title for real property and handles real estate closing transactions in Texas. A long-standing, successful agent of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, Trinity Title's San Antonio division is recognized for its exceptional customer service and strong market share. It has been named by San Antonio Express News as one of the "Top Workplaces" in San Antonio for the past eight years.

Trinity Title of Texas San Antonio division is in the process of rebranding and changing its name to Old Republic Title. Its corporate office is in Shavano Center One on Paesanos Parkway. There are four additional offices located around the greater San Antonio area. "There will be no changes in current leadership or existing personnel, so customers, Realtors® and lenders will continue to work with the same dedicated staff from Trinity," says Mark A. Bilbrey, President, Old Republic National Title Holding Company.

"We are pleased to welcome our friends at Trinity's San Antonio operations to the Old Republic Title family," continues Bilbrey. "We selected them because of their close alignment with our culture and systems. We value their high-quality work, customer relationships and loyal employees," says Curtis Hoffman, President of Old Republic Title's Central Title Division, adding, "This transaction accelerates Old Republic Title's growth and further strengthens our San Antonio operation's offerings and resources."

"We are excited for the future as we join Old Republic Title," remarks Dale Lewis, President of the former Trinity Title of Texas San Antonio division. "We come together in a powerful way that will add value for our customers in the San Antonio real estate community."
