Do you love working in the escrow industry but are ready for a change? The Quality Assurance Department (QuAD) is seeking someone with escrow experience who is ready to be off the frontline and work in a support department. QuAD's primary duties are resolving accounting issues such as outstanding checks, monitor undisbursed funds in closed files, help resolve disputes in closed or canceled files and a few other fun tasks. Basic qualifications are: 3+ years escrow experience, organizational skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, computer knowledge (Windows, Word, Excel), excellent communication skills (verbal and written), self-starter/independent worker. This is a full-time, in-office (Roseville) position working with a great team!
