Facilities Manager

This role provides support services to Corporate Departments and the Minneapolis Metro Office, manages the Old Republic Title Building and the Orlando Office Building, administers all office leases, and serves as the main point of contact with our national real estate firm. Also serves as main point of contact for procurement of office furniture, equipment, office services, security, records management and printed material. Review terms & conditions of office leases. Edit documents and negotiate final lease provisions.

Acts as liaison to landlords, when needed.

Assure compliance with Capital Expenditure Policy.

Develop and monitor operating procedures and policy, budgets, income and expenses, capital improvements and leasing of Old Republic Title & Orlando Buildings. Assist in management of owned real estate.

Administer National Account Programs for furniture, mailing equipment, as well as FedEx national agreement. Administer the national program for office supplies.

Space Planning & Administration: Develop floor plans and complete build-outs for Corporate Departments. Assist other locations throughout the country who also need assistance with this process.

Records Management to include storing, retrieving, and destruction of Corporate Records.

Develop and monitor security issues and responsible for assuring compliance with ADA, OSHA, and EPA programs.

Provide for company's printed material and policy supplies.


At a minimum, the ability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Regular consistent attendance is required which could include attendance at after-hour Company events.

Ability to accept supervision.

Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships. Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors.

Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone and in person.

Must be personable, positive, and a professional representative of the Company.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Overnight business travel by air and/or automobile is required 5% of the time.

Ability to perform under pressure and be flexible with disruptions throughout the workday.

Repetitive and continual typing motion is required.

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting a majority of the time. Walking and standing are required, occasionally.
