Escrow Officer or Assistant

Seeking an Escrow Officer or Assistant to support high volume desk. Daily work on residential and commercial sale escrow transactions including drawing files, preparing funding packages, preparing files for closing, customer interaction; on the phone, via email and in-person, requesting loan payoffs and ordering insurance in addition to other tasks. Excellent verbal and written communications skills, customer service orientation, attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills are key, effective time management, ability to multi-task and work as a team player. Must have ability to consistently meet deadlines, demonstrate strong follow through, and to follow departmental procedures.

Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent and minimum 5 consecutive years of prior escrow experience.
