Agency Account Manager

Old Republic Title has an excellent opportunity available for an Agency Account Manager in our Maitland, Florida office. This position will professionally represent Old Republic National Title Insurance Company's products and services in face-to-face presentations with existing assigned corporate title agents and law firm agents to help grow revenue for the Company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Actively and consistently attend regular minimum monthly visits to assigned accounts and non-agent prospects with Old Republic's products, services, staff, education, training, to grow revenue.

Identify and sign new qualified prospect agents, as well as maintain quality agents that meet the Company's goals and expectations.

Provide assigned agents training specifically with workflow partnerships between Production Plant and Agent's staff to manage optimum functional integration and use of Old Republic's resources.

Efficiently schedule your day, week and month to accomplish tasks and to meet Company goals.

Successfully maintain critical administrative functions relating to assigned agents escrow accounts and business such as monthly reconciliation, outstanding policies and premium remittances, search fee collections; and annual items which include agent certifications, E & O updated insurances, surety bond renewals.

Follow up on all items disclosed in agent audits such as immediately have agents fund any shortages noted, outstanding premium and search fee collection and any suggestions for improvement within agent operation for better compliance with state, federal and ORT requirements.

Daily assessments of any potential risk to the Company with agents' operations or activities by alerting management immediately.

Pro-actively assist with close out items for cancelled agents, as needed.

Professionally interact with all of Company's departments and utilize Company's resources to best assist agents in growing their business and Company's revenue.

Timely completion of required monthly reports; expense reports, sale call reports, schedules and other assigned reports.

Be able to attend Company and Industry-related meetings and functions after hours.

At a minimum, the ability to work from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, without interruption.

Regular consistent attendance is required, which could include attendance at after-hour Company events or sponsored events by Company.

Ability to accept supervision and coaching.

Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional collaborative working relationships. Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors.

Ability to communicate successfully and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone and in person.

Must be personable, positive, and professional representative of the Company.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Must be able to work independently and free from direct supervision, as the majority of the time will be working away from the office.

Proficiency with agency data base system, Microsoft Outlook and others, as needed.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Sound time and territory management skills.

Must have past sales/marketing experience in title insurance, conveyancing, or real estate-related industry.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; includes internal and external customer groups.

Demonstrated sales experience desired.

Participate in ongoing sales training (i.e., Agency University and ORT Education Programs).

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS

Overnight business travel by air and/or automobile is required 25% of the time.

Valid driver's license and auto insurance is required.

Ability to work with confidential information.

Ability to perform under pressure and be flexible with disruptions throughout the workday.

Repetitive and continual typing motion is required.

Must live in the geography area of assigned production office.

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 35 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting a majority of the time. Walking and standing are required, occasionally.
