Bill Rossi is Executive Vice President of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC) and Director of Enterprise Services. In this role, he works with key stakeholders across the Company’s major lines of business to adapt infrastructures, strategies and solutions that support the entire enterprise.

Bill is passionate about expanding the menu of services Old Republic Title offers in local and national segments in support of our agency operations, direct operations and national accounts. He also manages the Company’s national services, including Lender Services, National Agency Services (NAS), Specialized Agency Services (ORSAS), Specialized Commercial Services (ORSCS), Old Republic Exchange (ORE/1031 Exchange), Relocation and OR EscrowPro.

Bill joined our Company in January 2013 as a Vice President, ORNTIC, and Sales and Operations Manager for the National Services Division (NSD) and has served in multiple sales and operational leadership positions throughout his tenure at Old Republic Title. He joined the Company’s executive leadership team in 2023.

Bill has been working in the title insurance industry for 29 years and studied business at Robert Morris University in Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.

John Snelgrove is First Vice President, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. He oversees operations for Old Republic Specialized Commercial Services, Old Republic Timeshare Services, and the Texas operations of Old Republic Title Residential Information Services.

John has over 25 years of diverse experience in the title insurance industry. He has held various positions at several well-known national title insurance underwriters, including responsibility for the oversight, direction and management of default operations, and providing services such as REO asset management, valuations, and foreclosure trustee and default title services. John was also the General Manager for a multi-state title insurance agency and Branch Manager for another national title insurance underwriter where, among other responsibilities, he oversaw commercial operations dedicated to multi-site, multi-state transactions.

John has been with Old Republic Title for over 10 years, and has held several leadership roles with the Company. Prior to his current role, he was instrumental in the creation of Old Republic Servicing Solutions (ORSS, formerly Old Republic Default Management Services) in 2007. He spent almost six years as Executive Vice President of ORSS, which supports institutions with their servicing portfolios of residential and commercial properties, including default management.

John earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Connecticut.

Harry Schmitt, CRP has been in the relocation services industry for over 20 years. He is the Vice President and Branch Manager of the Old Republic Relocation Services office located in Wayne, PA., part of Old Republic Diversified Services, Inc. Harry joined Old Republic in 2009. His expertise is in developing and growing relationships with corporate clients by enhancing their specialized relocation programs. He also works closely with third-party relocation companies, supporting successful real estate transactions in all 50 states and Guam.

A graduate of Millersville University of Pennsylvania, Harry has a bachelor’s degree in political science. He earned his Certified Relocation Professional® (CRP) designation from Worldwide ERC® (Worldwide Employee Relocation Council, or WERC). He is an active member of the Delaware Valley Relocation Council, which serves the relocation industry in Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware.

Harry and his wife are involved in their community in Quakertown, PA. They have helped to organize the Special Olympics Track Program, the Quakertown Soccer Club Special Needs Division, and a flag football program. When he is not busy coaching, Harry enjoys spending time with his two children.
