The National
Relocation Division of Old Republic Title provides a single point
of contact for the relocation industry to order title services in all 50
states. This includes title and tax searches, title clearance, document
preparation, acquisitions, loan payoffs and resale closing assistance. Our
clients are third party relocation companies and corporations with “in-house”
relocation departments.
For each order we utilize an office in Old Republic’s nationwide network of direct operations and agents that is closest to the property to perform the title search and eventually handle the resale closing. As a service oriented business, our objective is to assist our clients in expediting the acquisition of their properties and in smoothing the way for resale. To do this well requires knowledge of the relocation process, experience and the ability to respond to client needs in a timely manner.
