The
counterfeit
items
display the
routing
number
031308302,
which is
assigned to
Citizens &
Northern
Bank. The
items have
an ornate
top border
and display
the bank's
street
address
below its
name in the
top-left
corner. The
word
"Dollars"
appears on
the right
side of the
items and a
"FROM" line
appears in
the
lower-right
corner.
Authentic
checks have
a security
feature
statement
embedded
within a
darkened top
border and
display the
bank's logo
in the
top-left
corner. The
word
"AMOUNT"
appears on
the right
side of the
checks.
Copies of
a
counterfeit
item and an
authentic
check (VOID)
are attached
for your
review. Be
aware that
the
appearance
of
counterfeit
items can be
modified and
that
additional
variations
may be
presented.
