Change in Recording Deeds in Allegheny County


Please be advised that starting April 1, 2010, all DEEDS presented for recording in Allegheny County MUST contain two completed Certificates of Residence, one for the tax billing and one for the property owner's address. Both must be completed, even if the addresses are the same. There is no requirement that the Certificates be signed.
