Dwight is Vice President and Pennsylvania State Manager, providing underwriting and claims advice in Pennsylvania and Delaware since 1989. A member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Dwight is a past President of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association (PL TA), has served on and chaired a number of its committees, and was the recipient of the PL TA's Distinguished Service Award in 2009. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute. Dwight received his BA from LaSalle College and his JD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.

Steve Gratman, Esq., CLTP, CRA, CTE, RMU

Steven joined ORNTIC in 2004. He received his Juris Doctoris in 1993 from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School and is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar. Steven is a licensed Title Producer in New Jersey and a Title Agent in Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Associations.  He has served on the Legislative & Judicial,  Public Records, Title Issues Committees of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association. He is the PLTA Southeastern Chapter Chair and Vice President of the Association of Title Examiners. He is also an approved instructor with the Pennsylvania Insurance Department. His past experience includes working on commercial real estate transactions and matters involving Predatory Lending, Housing Discrimination, and Civil Rights.

Sue Swick, Esq., CLTP  
Assistant Vice President, Associate Counsel and Western Pennsylvania Agency Manager

Sue has over 30 years of diversified real estate experience in complex commercial transactions and underwriting. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Maine, and has been admitted to the United States Supreme Court. Sue earned her BA and JD degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.

Bill Corrigan, Esq., CLTP
Associate Counsel

Bill brings with him almost 45 years title industry experience including 26 years as General Counsel for a Pennsylvania domestic underwriter and five as Claims Counsel for a large national underwriter.  Bill attended Rutgers University for his Bachelors of Science in Management and Bachelors of Arts in Political Science. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Delaware Law School and was admitted to both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars. Bill is also past president of  the Pennsylvania Land Title Association (PLTA) and also the past Chairman of  the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute.  He currently serves as the Convention Committee Chairperson for the PLTA.

After receiving both her BA and JD degrees from the University of Pittsburgh, Paula was admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the US Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. With nearly 30 years of real estate and title insurance experience, Paula's expertise ties in everything from title searching, to residential and commercial underwriting support, to claims resolution and training services.
