MortgageIT


Recently, we published an Alert addressing the discontinuation of sub-prime mortgage loans by MortgageIT.  MortgageIT, which has been a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank since early 2007, has expressed its concerns with our Alert to the extent that it indicated that they are no longer funding loans.  We have no indication that the company has had any difficulty in funding approved loan obligations.  Accordingly, you are directed to conduct business as usual with this lender until further notice.  This in no way modifies our general articulated preference for wired funds.
