Earlier
today
the
Company
issued a
master
bulletin
referencing
several
lenders
which
were no
longer
accepting
applications
for
loans
and for
whom we
indicated
agents
and
direct
operations
should
have
credited
funds to
the
account
prior to
closing
transactions.
One of
the
lenders
listed
was
Mortgage
Investors
Group (MIG)
in Knoxville, Tennessee. The
information
pertaining
to
MIG
was
based
upon a
purported
press
release
delivered
to the
Company.
Discussions
with
persons
at
MIG
have
revealed
that the
information
contained
in the
press
release
was not
accurate
and that
MIG should not have been the
subject
of the
earlier
bulletin.
All
direct
operations
and
agents
are
advised
to
continue
business
operations
with MIG according to normal business practices as
dictated
by local
management.
