Old Republic Title (ORT) is pleased to announce that Sandra “Sandy” Schoen, Senior Vice President of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company (ORNTIC) and Northeast Region Manager/Eastern Title Division Director of Operations, has been appointed Executive Vice President of ORNTIC and promoted to the additional role of Agency Operations Director for the Company.
In this role, Sandy will oversee ORT’s Agency Operations Group, while working with key Agency Line of Business stakeholders across the Company. Sandy’s principal goal is to establish agency business priorities, advance constructive initiatives and evaluate the effectiveness of the strategies deployed to enhance the Company’s connection with its title agents.
Under Sandy’s leadership, Agency Operations will be responsible for the continual evaluation of ORT’s agency tools and services on a national level. The Group will also advance a wide range of agency initiatives and target several key areas for advancing the strength of our agency support, including:
- Agency Customer Service
- Centralized Remittance
- Agency Administration
- Agency Data Management
- Agency Education
- Agency Product Management
- Agency Program Management
Sandy has over 25 years of experience in leadership roles with the Company. Her foundational knowledge of the challenges Old Republic Title’s agents face in today’s market, as well as her familiarity with the products and services we offer and those we are developing to help our agents succeed, make her a great fit for this role.
