In his role as CIO, Jesse is responsible for overseeing all personnel, policies, objectives and business plans for Old Republic Title’s Information Services department. He also oversees Old Republic Title Tech Companies, Inc., including: eRecording Partners Network (ePN), iMarc (dba E-Closing), RamQuest Software, Pavaso®, and SMKT™.

With the help of his team, Jesse ensures that these proprietary technologies, programs and companies continue to effectively support the real estate and title insurance industries. Jesse also is a member of Old Republic Title’s Governance Steering Committee, an advisory group that focuses on aligning the Company’s digital products and solutions. “The seamless integration of business and technology strategies is crucial for our organization’s continued momentum in the industry,” explains Jesse.

Carolyn Monroe, President and CEO of Old Republic National Title Holding Company, praises Jesse’s contributions, noting that he continues to optimize engagement and transform business performance across the enterprise. “His passion for IT and business, and the dedication he has not only to his team, but to the entire organization, is driving excitement and moving both our internal IS department and our Title Tech companies forward. The fact that Jesse has won this award three years in a row, and during such a pivotal time in our industry, is a true testament to his leadership and continued dedication to stakeholder satisfaction.”

While humbled by the award, Jesse accepts it on behalf of the entire technology team.

“This award reflects the collective achievements of our entire technology team. We would not be receiving this recognition without our leaders and every individual working together to drive innovation across the enterprise.”

Congratulations to Jesse and the entire IS team for once again earning this prestigious award!
