From the North
By Route of Interstate 94:
Take 94 East. Exit on 4th Street North. Take 4th Street to 2nd Avenue South, turn right. Go 1 block and turn right on 5th Street (left lane of Light Rail tracks). Go one block and turn right on Marquette Avenue. Parking is only validated in the Downtown Auto Park on the corner of Marquette Avenue and 4th Street (Entrance to lot is between 5th Street and 4th Street on Marquette Avenue). Street Entrance-Walk one block East to the Title Insurance Building at 400 Second Avenue South (Corner of 4th Street and 2nd Avenue). Skyway Entrance- The 3rd level of the parking ramp is the access to the skyway. As you come into the Fifth Street Towers, take a left and go past Caribou Coffee. Keep walking until you see Simple Sandwich. Turn left into the Title Insurance Building. Walk down our ramp and take the elevator to the 1st floor.

By Route of 35W:
Take 35W South to the Washington Avenue Exit. Turn right onto Washington Avenue. Turn left at 2nd Avenue South. Turn right on 5th Street (left lane of Light Rail tracks). Go one block and turn right on Marquette Avenue. Take 35W North to the MN-65 / 5th Avenue exit on the left. Merge onto 5th Avenue South. Turn left on 7th Street. Turn right on Marquette Avenue.
