Land surveys for all property types are prepared in accordance with the
2011 Minimum Standard Detail Requirements, as adopted by the American
Land Title Association (ALTA) and the American Congress of Surveying and
Mapping (ACSM).
These surveys reflect the boundaries, improvements, parking, easements, encroachments, legal description and certification, and any other requirements you may have. Our surveys all have one format, which can include color coding of easements and encroachments tied to the ALTA Schedule B exceptions.
