month-end deadline for all policies and
remittances is September 20, 2011.
Please send policies and remittances to
our office no later than the close of business
day on Tuesday, September 20, 2011.
Reminders:
Once you submit an ezRemit
report, please send the following to our
office(s):
a.)
A copy of the ezRemit
report.
b.)
A copy of the first page of the policy jacket, along with Schedules A, B, C, and any applicable endorsements, along with the premium check and a copy of the HUD (optional).
Also of note, please remember
to send the $75.00 CPL fee along with your premium and policy
documents.
It can be a separate check, but must be
attached with the above.
The actual amount of title
insurance premium being submitted should match
the amount on the ezJacket/ezRemit report.
