Our February 2013 deadline for submitting premium/policies is Wednesday, February 20, 2013. Below are a few guidelines to be mindful of as you submit your premium/policies to us.
Reminders:
Once you submit an EZremit
report, please be sure to include the following
when sending to our office:
a.)
A copy of the EZremit
report
b.)
A copy of the first page
of the policy jacket, along with Schedules A, B,
C, and any applicable endorsements, along with
the premium check
c.)
A copy of the HUD
(optional)
Also, of note, please
remember to send the $75.00 CPL fee along with your premium and policy
documents.
It can be a separate check, but must be
attached with the above.
The actual amount of title
insurance premium being submitted should match
the amount on the EZremit report.
