New Construction Transactions

The current lending climate makes it difficult for builders, developers and owners to secure financing to complete projects when construction projects are inadequately funded.  That fact requires all of us to be even more careful and diligent when insuring new construction transactions.  To that end, on a case-by-case basis your requests will be reviewed/processed accordingly. At a bare minimum we will be requesting the following documentation:

  • Release of Mechanics Lien Long Form\

  • Agreement of Sale and any Addendums thereto; and

  • Financials (both for builder and seller)

Please contact Kate Blake-Endicott at 302.734.3570 should you have any questions in this regard.
