We first announced to you on May 3rd the below captioned notice.

 

However, on May 31st, we were notified by Real & Property Section of the DSBA that New Castle Count has decided to defer the implementation of this change. Please (See attached.)

 

 

Effective June 14, 2012, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac shall be subject to New Castle County realty transfer tax. (See attached.)
